Exchange Policy

At Anrobee, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

 

Eligibility for Exchange

We will gladly offer an exchange in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defect: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it for the same item.
  • Wrong Product Received: If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, we will exchange it for the correct item.
  • Damaged Product: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for an exchange.
  • Size Issue: If the size doesn’t fit, we will exchange the item for a different size.

 

Criteria for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the following criteria must be met:

  1. Request Within 2 Days: You must contact us with your exchange request within 2 days from the delivery date. We will not accept exchanges beyond this period.
  2. Original Condition: The product packaging and tags must be in their original place and proper, unaltered condition.
  3. Unworn and Unused: The product must be in an unworn and unused condition to be eligible for exchange

 

How to Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: WhatsApp us at +91 7283828345 or email us at care@anrobee.com with clear pictures or videos of the product.
  2. Provide Details: Mention your name, order number, date of purchase, and your registered mobile number.
  3. Repackage the Item: Repackage the item with the original tag and packaging. Ensure that the product is in its original packaging and condition.

 

Once you have submitted your exchange request, our team will review it. If your item meets the exchange criteria, we will process the exchange and notify you of the next steps.

 

Pickup Arrangements

  • Pickup Availability: Pickup is available for certain pin codes. If your Pin code qualifies and your exchange request is approved, we will notify you of the pickup date and time. In this case, the cost of returning the product will be covered by us.
  • Self-Shipping: If pickup is not available in your area, you will need to ship the product to our address. We will inform you if the pickup facility is unavailable, and in such cases, the return shipping cost will be borne by you.

 

Exchange Timeline

The exchange process timeline depends on when the product arrives at our warehouse. We aim to ship the replacement product as soon as possible. Typically, the exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 days after we receive your returned item.
