For a COD order, we may also call you to confirm the order. Please mention an email id and contact number that you actively use while placing your order.
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel, contact us at care@anrobee.com or +91 7283828345 within 2 days. Once the order is processed or shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed.
We offer free standard shipping across India on all orders.
There are no hidden fees—what you see at checkout is what you pay.
- Standard delivery in India: 5–10 business days, Only prepaid orders qualify for Express Delivery.
At the moment, we ship only within India.

At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.

Exchange Faq
Yes, We offer exchanges in the following cases to guarantee your satisfaction:
Manufacturing Defects: If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement with the same item at no extra cost.
Wrong Product Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will promptly send you the correct product after receiving the return.
Damaged Product: If your product arrives damaged, we will make arrangements for an immediate exchange. Please reach out to us right away with images or videos of the damage.
To request an exchange, follow these simple steps:
1. Email us at care@anrobee.com within 2 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, the reason for exchange (size issue, damage, etc.), and clear photos or videos if needed.
3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
4. Once approved, we’ll arrange for pickup of the original item and dispatch the replacement, subject to availability.
Please ensure the item is:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition with tags and packaging intact
Once your exchange request is confirmed, here’s what you can expect:
1.Return Pickup:
We’ll arrange a pickup for the original item (for eligible exchanges). Ensure the item is packed securely in its original packaging with tags intact.
2. Verification:
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange criteria (unused, in original condition, etc.).
3. Replacement Dispatch:
After verification, we will ship the replacement item to you. You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to track your order.
4. Timeframe:
The exchange process may take 7–10 business days from the time we receive your returned item, depending on stock availability.
If the exchanged item is unavailable, we’ll notify you and offer an alternative solution.

No, you don’t have to pay anything extra for COD orders.
Currently, we do not offer gift cards or vouchers for use on the website.
