We're sorry to hear you've had issues with your product. We do not accept exchanges or refunds because our products are made to order. We accept exchanges only in the event of a manufacturing defect. You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please double-check the size and dimensions listed in the product description before ordering, as size mismatch is not subject to return.

In Case of Manufacturing Defect:

  1. WhatsApp us at +91-83200-44951 with clear pictures/videos of the product.
  2. Mention your name, order number, date of purchase, and your registered mobile number.
  3. Repackage the item with proper packaging. The product should be in the original packaging.

In Case of T-shirt Return:

  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, laundered, or have normal marks of wear.
  • Please check the size chart before ordering to get a perfect fit. Orders cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged based on size mismatch.
  • You will not be charged for returning the product. The cost of returning the product will be borne by us. The product packaging and tag must be in their original place and in proper, unaltered condition.

Exchange Timeline: The exchange time depends on the arrival of the product at our warehouse. The exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 days after we receive your return.

Return Cost for Manufacturing Defect: You will not be charged for returning the product. The cost of returning the product will be borne by us. The product packaging and tag must be in their original place and in proper, unaltered condition.

Size Issues: T-shirts with size issues will not be replaced. There will be no refund/exchange for the replacement. You need to buy another size.

Product Unavailability: If the replacement product is unavailable, the replacement of merchandise is subject to its availability at that point in time.

Received the Wrong Product: If you received the wrong item from what you originally ordered, please contact us right away, and we will take care of the problem. Issues like misprinting, damaged or defective items, items lost in shipment, or broken products received must be communicated within 24 hours of receiving the products. On verification, we will issue a new shipment with the product. Only exchange is possible in such cases, not return.

Non-returnable Products:

  • Products damaged at the customer's end or used even once.
  • Mugs, badges, diaries, and mousepads.
  • T-shirts with size mismatch.
  • Products bought under any offer, sale, or clearance.

Pickup Arrangements: The pickup facility is available for a few pin codes. Check your pin code for pickup delivery. If not available, you can ship the product to our address.

Damaged Packaging: If the outer packaging of the product is damaged, please check the actual product.

Change of Mind or Order Mistake: Products are made-to-order and cannot be returned if you’ve simply changed your mind or ordered a product by mistake. Read the entire product description, size guide, and information before ordering.

Quality Concerns: Quality is subjective, and while we ensure the highest quality, the product cannot be changed or replaced due to differing quality perceptions.
